🎓 Eligibility & Educational Qualification
- ✅ Degree: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
- ✅ Professional Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Finance OR CA / CFA / ICWA.
- ✅ Experience: Minimum 2 Years of post-qualification experience in Trade Finance / Trade Operations in a Supervisory capacity in a Bank.
- ✅ Certification: CDCS / CITF certification will be an added advantage.
🎯 Selection Process
- 1️⃣ Shortlisting of applications based on experience and qualification.
- 2️⃣ Personal Interview (100 Marks).
- 3️⃣ Merit List based on Interview marks only.
💰 Salary & Pay Scale (MMGS-II)
The selected candidates will be placed in the Middle Management Grade Scale-II (MMGS-II).
- 💵 Pay Scale: ₹ 48170-1740/1-49910-1990/10-69810 (Revision under process).
- 💰 CTC (Approx): ₹ 18 Lakhs to ₹ 22 Lakhs per annum (depending on location).
- ✅ Benefits include DA, HRA, Lease, PF, Medical, and other perquisites.
