This comes after the original NEET UG 2026 exam held on 3 May 2026 was cancelled on 12 May 2026 following confirmed allegations of a nationwide paper leak. The original NEET UG 2026 exam held on 3 May 2026 was cancelled by NTA on 12 May 2026 following:

- ๐ด A "guess paper" containing 400+ questions (120+ matching Biology) was circulated before the exam
- ๐ด Exam was held across 551 cities in India + 14 cities abroad at 5,400+ centres
- ๐ด The CBI registered an FIR under criminal conspiracy, cheating, Prevention of Corruption Act, and Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024
